Robert Klotz of our firm has over 20 years experience

Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the National
Judicial Institute on litigation topics.
He has chaired professional education programs on
"Cost-Effective Debt Collection and
Recovery" (Canadian Institute, April 1995) and "Partnership
Disputes - Tactics and
Techniques to Avert Tragedy" (Law Society of Upper Canada,
1991). He is the current editor of the National Debtor-Creditor Review.
Kristine Holder of our firm was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, and focuses on the litigation aspects of our insolvency, commercial and international files. She is the co-author of Pre-judgment Enforcement Remedies (Ontario Bar Association, 2002).
